[ Well, that... certainly was a thing that happened. Viktor wishes he could unsee what he witnessed in the library, but it seems like it has etched into his memory forever. Thinking about it makes him sick to his stomach, and eventually he decides that he needs something to keep his mind off it, at least for a little while.

[ Those who come to the dining room at will find that Viktor has made plenty of borscht, pancakes and open-faced sandwiches for them. He isn't the best chef ever, but it tastes pretty good and will fill you up! There's also juice, water, and a few bottles of alcohol for those who are old enough to drink; try to be responsible, okay.

Vampires are born pretty similar to humans, but they awaken as vampires usually sometime around thirteen, fourteen. That's when the sun starts to actually burn them and when they stop tasting other food. She's sixteen so she's a really late bloomer, but her parents decided they wanted to get their kids used to the human world, I guess.

[ She didn't know what she was expecting, but that just sounds really, really painful. Being burnt by the sun and all, especially if it happens really suddenly without explanation. Orihime compares it to when one's spiritual powers awaken, and, well, at least that part's not really painful? ]

I can see why you'd want to pull her out of school, then... It's hard, when school is always during the day and vampires can only go out at night, right?

That and it's not like there's any point in it. I'm sure Calera and Henry aren't sloppy even if they are sentimental. There's no way they don't wipe all their human classmates' memories after the fact.
