WEEK 3
As the second week draws to a close, two more have joined the deceased. Christo and Alani are dead, leaving twenty-six of you remaining.

It may not seem like very many have died, but their absence will certainly be felt.

Saturday is given to regrouping and rest; on Sunday morning the clock chimes as it always has, but at least there are no bodies to find today. It seems you're safe for now. The night before wasn't necessarily a peaceful one, however; you'll probably feel a bit groggy when you wake up, and it seems you've regained something that you didn't realize you'd lost...

Just like last week, a door in the stairwell has opened, leading you down further into the building; there are more rooms open to you down there - possibly even one that you'll find personally interesting.

Go ahead and explore all you like; after all, you did well at completing your lessons this past week.

[Silver... Has briefly napped with papers on his face, but Weavile quickly shakes him awake when Viktor comes in, and those papers are headed under his pillow.]

Hi. Sorry. Come on in.

Oh, were you napping? [ He closes the door behind him after he steps inside. ] ...I'm here because of the note. My secret is pretty boring, but it's not something I want to share with everyone so I didn't talk about it at the meeting.

I just dozed off a little. It's fine.

[He's here to help! Go ahead, take a seat wherever you want. The chair, the bed, the floor...]

I'm all ears, if you want to share it.

[Or he can share his first, but Viktor seems... well, willing is a strong word, but he wouldn't be here if he didn't want to say something.]

[ He'll pull out his envelope and hand it to Silver before sitting down on the chair.

Inside, the following is written on a piece of paper: "Viktor Nikiforov was deeply unhappy before he moved to Japan because he felt like his career was strangling him." ]

It's nothing scandalous or worth killing over, but it'll affect how the public views me; I'm supposed to be the emperor of the ice and the charming bachelor who always smiles.

...Do you like skating, or is it just a job?

[That seems like an important distinction to make. Is it that he doesn't like his career, or that he doesn't like the attention and pressure that comes with it?]

[ He goes quiet at that, thinking. He knows the answer, but actually expressing his feelings to another human being is hard. ]

...I love skating. But it's all I've done for twenty years, and I gave up on nearly everything else in my life so I could focus on my career.

[ Like having friends or anything resembling a personal life. ]

...What's stopping you from taking a break, then? Enjoying yourself is more important than what the public thinks of you, isn't it?

I've recently taken the season off, actually. I wanted to coach Yuuri, find inspiration, and spend more time with Makkachin in the last years of his life. I never thought of taking a break before; I didn't think I needed one.
